Available Puppies – Grey Creek’s Summer 2024 Litter

Hello everyone! At Grey Creek we had our first litter whelped since joining with other Ryman type setter breeders here at RymanSetters.com. This litter is out of our 5 year old female, Grey Creek’s Jenny Wren, sired by Hafrafell’s Mori, the Icelandic sire imported by Classic Setters in Hartsburg Missouri. (See Classic Setters’ description of Mori here) This is an exciting new development for us after three generations of bird dog breeding in our family. Mori was already a proven sire in Iceland. Breeders and owners are reporting the puppies he has sired since his arrival in the USA are healthy, early starters with lots of bird drive and biddable temperaments. Our Jenny Wren is the product of several generations of our breeding efforts here in Michigan. Her pedigree shows some of the strongest lines back to original Pinecoble dogs of any we know. Both Mori and Jenny Wren have OFA rated “Good” hips and come from several generations of strong hip and elbow conformation. We still have 1 or 2 puppies available from this litter, ready to go at the end of August. We are confident this litter will prove to be driven, productive bird dogs and pleasing family companions.
